All sales are cash unless prior arrangements have been made.
Credit terms are as stated on credit agreement.

All sales are final.
All returns must be approved in advance.
Absolutely no returns after five days from purchase.
20% re-stocking fee will be charged on all returns.
Store-credit for returns only, no cash back.

Confirmed or tagged orders will be held no longer than seven days.
Special orders require 50% deposit applied to the specific purchase.

Southwest is a wholesale nursery providing products and services to commercial entities who then sell or utilize the product for commercial purposes. It is assumed that our customers posses an understanding of these products and services and shall receive no guarantee, assumed or implied, with any purchase.

Plant material is a living organism, dependent upon specific care and treatment. Southwest is committed to such care. Southwest's responsibility for the condition of plant material ceases upon acceptance.

Delivery charges will be based on distance and type of vehicle required.

Delivery is curbside only. Customer is responsible for unloading truck. Southwest drivers will assist in unloading and handling of stock only as it is removed from the vehicle. If driver must move vehicle past curbside and onto property to arrive at requested unloading location, Southwest will not be held responsible for any damage incurred while doing so. Employees of Southwest reserve the right to evaluate location for accessibility and may deny request to move vehicle past curb.
